    Danielle is a pediatric occupational therapist licensed in New York State who holds a Masters degree from Scranton University and is certified as an Assistive Technology Practitioner. Danielle has over 14 years of experience in pediatrics in a variety of practice settings including inpatient and outpatient services at NYU Langone & Hospital for Special Surgery, Sensory Integration clinics, NYS Early Intervention & private practice.

    Danielle specializes in working with children from birth to 21 years of age with extensive experience in treating children with varying diagnoses. Her specialties include the treatment of infants, children with Sensory Processing Disorder, Picky Eating & sensory feeding treatment, Dysgraphia & Executive Functioning treatment methods. Danielle is trained in a variety of intervention and assessment techniques including; Theratog fitting, Splinting & Constraint Casting, Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to feeding, Therapeutic Listening, The Alert Program, Zones of Regulation, Kinesiotape application, Electric Stimulation & Assistive Technology trialing and recommendations.

    Danielle started Tiny Transformations in 2014 where she enjoyed working under her company name to provide OT services for children in Brooklyn and Manhattan. By 2018, Danielle dedicated her full time job to growing Tiny Transformations. Being a mother of two (Liam and Madeline) has given Danielle a further appreciation for being a business owner and compassionate therapist, dedicated to helping children and their families.  By bringing therapy into a child’s natural environment (at home, in school, or within the community) Danielle and her team can closely collaborate with client’s caregivers, educators and related service team members in a unique way, allowing for greater progress and a more holistic approach.  By 2020, Tiny Transformations has expanded its services across Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Hamptons, Westchester, Fairfield County, and New Jersey.

    Amanda is a pediatric physical therapist licensed in both New York and CT who holds a doctorate degree from Quinnipiac University and is board certified as a pediatric specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association. Amanda has over 10 years of pediatric experience at NYU Langone Health, and in diverse settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and home based services.  She has had the opportunity to work with children and families of all backgrounds to come up with the most comprehensive and individualized rehab plans.

     Amanda has a particularly strong background and interest specializing in early infant development, torticollis, and plagiocephaly (flattened head) management. In addition, she is trained in a variety of intervention and assessment techniques including but not limited to, neurodevelopmental techniques and strategies, comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, orthotic management and recommendations, adaptive equipment and gait analysis. During her years of experience, she has treated pediatric patients from birth to 21 years of age with a wide variety of neuromuscular, congenital, genetic, musculoskeletal, acute injuries and post surgical diagnoses.

    Amanda is a mom to her three; Kinsley, Harper, and Shea.  After her first daughter was born, Amanda and her husband John, moved their family from NYC to Fairfield County where they currently resides.

    Ashley Scully is a pediatric occupational therapist licensed in both New Jersey and New York State who holds a Masters degree from New York University. She has over 7 years of experience in occupational therapy from a variety of clinical settings, including acute care at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, NYS Early Intervention, and both home-based and school-based environments.

    Ashley has a strong background and particular interest in early infant development. Fueled by diagnoses in her own family, she has completed extensive coursework in the areas of torticollis and plagiocephaly. She finds early infant and childhood development to be fascinating, and is continually seeking out opportunities to learn new skills to incorporate into her practice.

    Ashley is also experienced in working with children of all ages to improve skills in the areas of fine motor, visual processing and visual motor, motor planning, and sensory processing. Her priority in all of her treatment plans is to optimize a child’s participation in learning and play. 

    Ashley’s most cherished role is that of mom. Motherhood has granted her the ability to understand a family’s perspective, enabling her to provide family guidance and education that is accessible, easy to understand, and attainable within a family’s busy lifestyle. 

    After 8 years of New York City living, Ashley and her husband, Brian, moved to Montclair, NJ in 2019. They are currently enjoying the suburbs while raising their son, Connor, and daughter, Rory.
