You’ve heard all about tummy time, but there are still so many questions! What’s the best way to do tummy time? How long should my baby be on their tummy? What if my baby doesn’t like it? Join this interactive, in-person class to learn how to best support your baby during tummy time play! In this class designed for caregivers and infants ages 0-4 months, occupational therapist Ashley Scully of Tiny Transformations will provide specific recommendations to improve your baby’s tolerance to tummy time. Other strengthening activities to promote achievement of motor milestones will also be covered.

Ashley Scully is a pediatric occupational therapist licensed in both New Jersey and New York State with a Master’s degree from New York University. She has experience from a variety of clinical settings, including acute care, Early Intervention, and both home-based and school-based environments. Ashley has a strong background and particular interest in early infant development. Fueled by diagnoses in her own family, she has completed extensive coursework in the areas of torticollis (tight neck muscles) and plagiocephaly (flattened head). Ashley is also experienced in working with children of all ages to improve skills in the areas of fine motor, visual processing and visual motor, motor planning, and sensory processing.

Led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists Jen Federico and Becky Atlas from Rose Garden Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapist Ashley Scully from Tiny Transformations, and Physical Therapist Manu Chawla, each class will focus on communication, fine motor, or gross motor skills for you and your child to learn and practice. You will gain knowledge on developmental milestones, how to support your child’s development at home, and have access to experts to answer all your questions.

Baby Development 101 for babies 3-12 months
Join us in collaboration with CircleMoms at the beautiful new Greenwich Play space for an afternoon of mingling and learning. Hosted by pediatric physical therapist, Amanda Masterson and pediatric occupational therapist, Janie Dailey, learn all about age appropriate milestones for ages 3-12 month olds, how you can help your little one achieve those milestones, age appropriate toys, and more! Have the opportunity to speak 1:1 with a pediatric therapist about any of your concerns or any questions you may have, all while mingling with new moms.
