Amanda is a pediatric physical therapist licensed in both New York and CT who holds a doctorate degree from Quinnipiac University and is board certified as a pediatric specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association. Amanda has over 10 years of pediatric experience at NYU Langone Health, and in diverse settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and home based services.  She has had the opportunity to work with children and families of all backgrounds to come up with the most comprehensive and individualized rehab plans.

 Amanda has a particularly strong background and interest specializing in early infant development, torticollis, and plagiocephaly (flattened head) management. In addition, she is trained in a variety of intervention and assessment techniques including but not limited to, neurodevelopmental techniques and strategies, comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, orthotic management and recommendations, adaptive equipment and gait analysis. During her years of experience, she has treated pediatric patients from birth to 21 years of age with a wide variety of neuromuscular, congenital, genetic, musculoskeletal, acute injuries and post surgical diagnoses.

Amanda is a mom of three; Kinsley, Harper, and Shea.  After her first daughter was born, Amanda and her husband John, moved their family from NYC to Fairfield County where they currently resides.
